The Great Commission tells us to go out into the world and tell others of what Jesus has done, so that they can know and build a relationship with God. Sometimes on our way out we may not know that there are those in our own state, community, or neighborhood that have not been given a way to be able to know Jesus and understand his love for us. According to statistics, only 2% of Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals have been introduced and given access to God’s Word. To put this in perspective, there are 1.1 million people that identify as part of this community in Minnesota alone. Meaning that only 22,000 of them have been able to access people and worship communities leaving 1,078,000 who have yet to be introduced to our Lord. The Deaf Ministry has taken the Great Commission to heart and we are starting in our own community/region while connecting with others nationwide who share our vision to grow the number of people who can also go out and share the Word.
The Deaf Ministry offers small group Bible Study, one on one teaching of the Word, interpreting services or events/activities, and monthly Church Services and fellowship to meet the needs of Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals in our area. Come and join us!
Monthly Church Services/fellowship:
